Meet Dr. Teresa Lowery

Dr. Teresa Lowery

Education

After completing her Bachelor of Science degree at Baylor University, Dr. Lowery attended the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School at San Antonio where she earned her doctorate. Teeth have always been her passion. She recognized Richard Gere on an airplane once because of his teeth!

Practice Philosophy

Dr. Lowery loves to help people feel more confident with a remarkable smile. Helping you eat properly, smile, and not be embarrassed is her passion and she has created a warm and welcoming dental practice that aims to support patients of all ages in a safe and comfortable environment. By putting your needs first, Dr. Lowery and her team take the time to understand your personal desires and work hard to become your partners and to help you achieve all you desire for a beautiful and healthy smile.

Outside The Office

Drawn to Colorado because of the weather and outdoor sports, Dr. Lowery relocated here after earning her doctorate. She is as committed to her patients as she is to her daughter – an aspiring dancer. Spending time in the dance community and volunteering backstage is a pleasure, so she supports her daughter and friends whenever she can. In her downtime, Dr. Lowery and her husband Brian enjoy scuba diving, spending quality family time with their daughter, and caring for their enthusiastic rescue dog – a Great Pyrenees Golden Retriever cross.

“My personal interest in making dentistry as comfortable as possible came long before I set foot in dental school. A rough dentist made my personal experience with dentistry pretty frightening as a child. When my sister broke her front teeth in a surfing accident, her dentist turned what could have been a horrible experience into a constructive one. I knew then that I wanted to become a dentist, because I know firsthand the kind of difference gentle techniques and warm, friendly care make in patients’ lives.”
